Description

High-Power Low-Loss Cable for Precision RF Transmission and Stability

The CFP930 high-power low-loss coaxial cable is engineered for RF and microwave applications that demand both exceptional power handling and excellent phase consistency. Operating up to 10 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, it maintains ultra-low attenuation and high thermal stability even under sustained high-current operation. Designed for laboratory testing, radar transmitters, and industrial amplifiers, the CFP930 combines solid-core precision with durable six-layer shielding. Explore additional configurations within the CFP Series – High-Power Low-Loss Coaxial Cables.

Solid Silver-Plated Core and Robust Six-Layer Structure

The CFP930 coaxial cable uses a 2.44 mm solid silver-plated copper inner conductor to deliver outstanding current-carrying capacity and minimal resistive loss. Surrounding layers include LD-PTFE dielectric, silver-plated copper ribbon, high-temperature aluminum foil, copper braid, and an FEP jacket—forming a six-layer construction that ensures stable impedance and superior heat dissipation. The cable achieves attenuation as low as 0.147 dB/m @ 1 GHz and 0.506 dB/m @ 10 GHz, while supporting average power up to 5.99 kW @ 100 MHz.

Superior Shielding and Environmental Resistance

With > 90 dB EMI suppression, the CFP930 cable guarantees clean, distortion-free signal transmission in high-field environments. Its 9.30 mm FEP jacket offers excellent flexibility, chemical resistance, and temperature endurance from –55 °C to +200 °C. The 51 mm single-bend and 100 mm repeated-bend radii enable reliable routing and mechanical longevity. Applications Requiring High Power and Phase Stability

The CFP930 high-power coaxial cable is ideal for test benches, broadcast transmission lines, and large-scale power systems requiring tight amplitude stability (≤ ±0.1 dB @ 10 GHz) and phase control (≤ ±3° @ 10 GHz). Its 2500 V DC voltage rating and multi-layer shielding deliver reliable, long-term signal integrity. Compatible with rugged RF connectors such as N-type and TNC interfaces, it ensures dependable, low-reflection performance in high-power environments.

Manufactured by Mechanc Shanghai Information Technology Co., Ltd., the CFP930 high-power low-loss coaxial cable combines solid-core conductivity, multilayer shielding, and verified REACH and RoHS compliance—providing long-life, precision-grade transmission for demanding RF and microwave applications.
