Description

High-Power Low-Loss Cable for Reliable RF and Microwave Transmission

The CFP1200 high-power low-loss coaxial cable is designed for ultra-demanding RF and microwave applications requiring maximum current handling, precise amplitude stability, and durable thermal performance. Operating up to 8 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, it provides low attenuation and excellent shielding for radar, broadcasting, and high-energy test environments. For other diameters and configurations, explore the CFP Series – High-Power Low-Loss Coaxial Cables.

Solid Conductor and Six-Layer Structural Integrity

The CFP1200 coaxial cable employs a solid silver-plated copper inner conductor (3.50 mm) for superior current capacity and low resistive loss. Its six-layer architecture—comprising LD-PTFE dielectric, silver-plated copper ribbon, high-temperature aluminum foil, copper braid, and an FEP jacket—ensures exceptional impedance stability and efficient heat dispersion. Attenuation remains as low as 0.13 dB/m @ 1 GHz and 0.40 dB/m @ 8 GHz while maintaining amplitude variation ≤ ± 0.1 dB @ 8 GHz and phase deviation ≤ ± 2° @ 8 GHz.

Exceptional Shielding and Environmental Resistance

With shielding effectiveness exceeding 100 dB, the CFP1200 cable guarantees low-interference transmission in high-field and industrial environments. The 12 mm FEP jacket resists abrasion, heat, and chemicals across temperatures from –55 °C to +200 °C, ensuring mechanical reliability even under repeated bending (radius 120 mm). Applications Requiring High Power and Long-Term Stability

The CFP1200 high-power coaxial cable is ideal for transmitters, test benches, and amplifier systems that demand precise phase and amplitude control. Its 3000 V DC voltage rating, excellent thermal endurance, and consistent impedance make it a preferred choice for professional RF integration in high-power setups.

Manufactured by Mechanc Shanghai Information Technology Co., Ltd., the CFP1200 high-power low-loss coaxial cable combines solid-core efficiency, six-layer shielding reliability, and verified REACH and RoHS compliance—delivering long-life, precision-grade signal transmission for high-power RF and microwave applications.
