Description
The CFT500 low-loss phase-stable precision test coaxial cable is designed for repeatable RF and microwave measurements up to 26.5 GHz with a controlled 50 Ω impedance. A flexible construction with silver-plated copper conductors and LD-PTFE dielectric helps maintain consistent electrical behavior during calibration and measurement cycles. Fully REACH and RoHS compliant, the CFT500 supports reliable bench testing and production verification. Explore the full CFT Series – Low-Loss & Phase-Stable Precision Test Cables for armored and ultra-flexible options.
The CFT500 precision coaxial cable uses a multi-fiber stranded silver-plated copper inner conductor (1.44 mm) and LD-PTFE dielectric (3.80 mm) to deliver predictable propagation (82% velocity) and strong phase repeatability. Phase stability is specified at ≤ ±3° @ 18 GHz and ≤ ±5° @ 26.5 GHz, with amplitude stability ≤ ±0.1 dB @ 18 GHz. Attenuation remains low at 0.271 dB/m @ 1 GHz and 1.588 dB/m @ 26.5 GHz. For added mechanical protection and tighter amplitude stability at 26.5 GHz, consider the armored CFT500A76.
With a 5.05 mm PFA jacket, the CFT500 test cable offers chemical resistance, thermal robustness (–55 °C to +165 °C), and long bending life for daily laboratory handling. A silver-plated copper shield provides >90 dB shielding effectiveness for improved EMI immunity. The 25 mm single-bend and 50 mm repeated-bend radii support frequent routing changes in measurement setups. For related phase-stable families, browse the Precision Test Coaxial Cable Series.
The CFT500 low-loss phase-stable coaxial cable is well suited for VNA measurements, calibration assemblies, microwave component characterization, and RF verification up to 26.5 GHz. The combination of low attenuation and stable phase behavior helps reduce uncertainty across repeated test cycles. For connector pairing and transition design, see the RF connector portfolio including precision SMA, 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm, and 1.85 mm interfaces.
Manufactured by Mechanc Shanghai Information Technology Co., Ltd., the CFT500 phase-stable precision test coaxial cable provides consistent high-frequency performance, durable shielding, and verified REACH and RoHS compliance for professional RF and microwave testing.
