Description
The CFT360A61 low-loss & phase-stable precision test coaxial cable is the armored version of the CFT360, designed for extended mechanical endurance and enhanced amplitude precision. It combines the same low-loss electrical structure with a multi-layer composite armor and PTFE woven outer jacket for reliable long-term use in high-frequency calibration systems. Operating up to 50 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, it ensures amplitude stability ≤ ±0.05 dB @ 67 GHz and phase control within ±5° @ 26.5 GHz. Fully REACH and RoHS compliant, it meets the highest standards for precision-grade RF test equipment. Discover the full CFT Series – Low-Loss & Phase-Stable Precision Test Cables for additional variants.
The CFT360A61 coaxial cable uses a silver-plated copper inner conductor (0.72 mm) and LD-PTFE dielectric (2.21 mm) combined with a 5.45 mm armor layer and 6.10 mm PTFE woven jacket to achieve exceptional mechanical protection and dimensional stability. Its 500 V DC voltage rating and 100 000 flex cycle lifetime make it ideal for automated test stations and robotic measurement arms. For lighter manual setups requiring greater flexibility, the original CFT360 – Low-Loss & Phase-Stable Precision Test Coaxial Cable offers identical electrical specifications in a thinner, non-armored form.
Dual silver-plated copper shielding delivers > 90 dB EMI suppression, while the multi-layer armor construction ensures consistent electrical stability during bending and motion. With a 30 mm single-bend and 60 mm repeated-bend radius, the CFT360A61 test cable preserves signal integrity over long service periods. The PTFE woven jacket provides excellent resistance to abrasion and chemicals, making it ideal for industrial and field test conditions. The CFT360A61 armored coaxial cable is optimized for automated VNA calibration, radar system testing, and phase-critical measurements where repeated motion is unavoidable. Its attenuation of 0.438 dB/m @ 1 GHz and 3.285 dB/m @ 50 GHz ensures low insertion loss and consistent phase accuracy. The reinforced mechanical design provide
