The CFS550 coaxial cable features a solid silver-plated copper inner conductor and LD-PTFE dielectric, achieving ultra-low attenuation—just 0.223 dB/m @ 1 GHz and 0.961 dB/m @ 18 GHz. Its phase stability remains within ± 2° @ 10 GHz and ± 3° @ 18 GHz, while amplitude variation is limited to ≤ ± 0.1 dB @ 18 GHz. The cable maintains < 750 PPM phase drift from –55 °C to +85 °C, ensuring repeatable measurement results in both controlled and varying thermal conditions. With an 83 % velocity of propagation, it provides excellent signal accuracy across the full frequency range.
Encased in a 5.60 mm PFA jacket, the CFS550 cable offers mechanical strength, flexibility, and outstanding chemical and thermal resistance up to +165 °C. Dual silver-plated copper shields achieve > 90 dB shielding effectiveness, minimizing EMI and maintaining clean signal transmission. The cable withstands 2000 VDC and supports a 28 mm single-bend radius / 56 mm repeated-bend radius, enabling robust performance during repeated connection cycles.
