Description
The CFS760M ultra-low-loss precision test coaxial cable delivers superior phase and amplitude stability with enhanced flexibility for high-power RF measurement systems. Designed to operate up to 18 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, it combines mechanical resilience, low loss, and wide temperature tolerance for both laboratory and industrial test environments. Fully REACH and RoHS compliant, it ensures reliability, safety, and environmental responsibility for long-term professional use.
The CFS760M coaxial cable features a multi-fiber stranded silver-plated copper inner conductor combined with an LD-PTFE dielectric, providing enhanced flexibility without compromising phase stability or insertion loss. It achieves attenuation as low as 0.180 dB/m @ 1 GHz and 0.809 dB/m @ 18 GHz, with average power handling up to 1.6 kW @ 1 GHz. Phase deviation remains within ± 2° @ 10 GHz and ± 3° @ 18 GHz, while amplitude variation is limited to ≤ ± 0.1 dB @ 18 GHz. With phase drift < 750 PPM from –55 °C to +85 °C and an 83 % velocity of propagation, it guarantees precise signal transmission under varying thermal and power conditions.
Encased in a 7.65 mm PFA jacket, the CFS760M cable offers superior chemical resistance, abrasion protection, and long-term flexibility. Its dual silver-plated copper shielding ensures > 90 dB shielding effectiveness, minimizing electromagnetic interference and maintaining consistent phase accuracy under movement. With a 38 mm single-bend radius, 76 mm repeated-bend radius, and 137 g/m weight, it provides optimal handling characteristics for dynamic test setups while maintaining electrical integrity at up to 2500 VDC voltage withstand.
The CFS760M ultra-low-loss coaxial cable is ideal for vector network analyzer (VNA) systems, radar validation, satellite component testing, and 5 G signal analysis requiring low attenuation and high phase stability. Its stranded conductor design provides added flexibility compared with solid-core cables of similar size, making it particularly suited for applications where cables undergo frequent repositioning.
