The CSA800 ultra-flexible low-loss coaxial cable is designed for high-frequency systems that require outstanding flexibility and repeatable electrical performance under constant motion or vibration. Operating up to 18 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, it ensures excellent phase stability (≤ ±4° @ 18 GHz) and amplitude stability (≤ ±0.1 dB @ 18 GHz), making it ideal for automated test environments and dynamic RF assemblies. The CSA800 cable incorporates a 1.88 mm multi-fiber stranded silver-plated copper inner conductor combined with a low-density PTFE dielectric and dual silver-plated copper shields. This construction provides superior bending life and mechanical resilience without compromising impedance stability. The PUR outer jacket adds resistance to wear, chemicals, and moisture, ensuring durability in demanding RF environments.
Delivering attenuation as low as 0.095 dB/m @ 300 MHz and 1.02 dB/m @ 18 GHz, the CSA800 low-loss coaxial cable maintains consistent electrical performance with > 90 dB shielding effectiveness. It operates reliably from –55 °C to +85 °C, with a 40 mm single-bend radius and 80 mm repeated-bend radius.
