The SMA Male to SMA Male High-Performance RF Test & Measurement Cable Assembly — model TCA35-SMSM-1M — is designed as a versatile, precision-grade RF interconnect for laboratory and production environments operating up to 26.5 GHz. This 1 meter assembly is manufactured using Mechanc’s CFT500MWH coaxial cable, a high-stability, ultra-flexible variation of the CFT500MW Phase-Stable 26.5 GHz Ultra Flexible Precision Test Coaxial Cable. Both ends are terminated with precision SMA male connectors (reference SMA-JCFT500MWH-1), making this cable assembly ideal for SMA-based RF instruments and test fixtures.

Reliable RF Performance up to 26.5 GHz

Optimized for everyday RF and microwave measurement tasks, the TCA35-SMSM-1M supports a continuous DC–26.5 GHz operating band with stable impedance and controlled return loss. The assembly provides a 1.3 typical VSWR and a 2.09 dB typical insertion loss over a 1 meter length, enabling accurate VNA measurements, S-parameter characterization, filter and amplifier testing, and broadband signal-path verification on SMA-based test benches.

Phase-Stable, Ultra-Flexible CFT500MWH Construction

The CFT500MWH coaxial cable combines phase-stable construction with an ultra-flexible geometry to minimize measurement drift caused by motion, bending, or cable repositioning. With ±6° mechanical phase stability and ±0.06 dB amplitude stability, the assembly maintains consistent performance across repeated test cycles. Its compact 5.1 mm outer diameter, 51 mm minimum bend radius, and 50,000-cycle typical bend life support dense routing and frequent handling in modern RF labs. A velocity of propagation of 82% further supports accurate time-domain analysis and delay-sensitive measurements.

Precision SMA Interfaces for General-Purpose RF Test Systems

Each end of the TCA35-SMSM-1M features precision SMA-JCFT500MWH-1 male connectors, providing low-reflection, repeatable mating for a wide range of RF instruments and fixtures. These SMA interfaces make the assembly well-suited for use with signal generators, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and modular RF platforms. As part of Mechanc’s TC series, this cable assembly is fully tested for VSWR, insertion loss, phase stability, and mechanical durability, and is designed to operate reliably across a broad –55 °C to +165 °C temperature range for long-term use in professional RF and microwave measurement applications.
