High-Stability RF Cable with Consistent Phase and Amplitude Control
The CFA230 phase-stable low-loss coaxial cable is developed for engineers who require stable electrical performance under frequent motion or thermal variation. Operating up to 50 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, it ensures excellent phase and amplitude stability, maintaining accurate signal transmission in demanding RF and microwave systems. Explore the complete CFA Series – Phase-Stable Low-Loss Coaxial Cables for other frequency and diameter options.
Engineered for Phase and Amplitude Consistency
The CFA230 cable features a silver-plated copper inner conductor (0.51 mm) and a low-density PTFE dielectric to minimize attenuation and maintain stable impedance. Its triple shielding and FEP outer jacket provide > 90 dB EMI suppression while ensuring long-term phase linearity across a wide temperature range from –55 °C to +165 °C. Amplitude stability remains within ±0.1 dB @ 18 GHz, enabling accurate and repeatable RF measurements.
Durable and Flexible Construction for Dynamic Use
With an outer diameter of 2.33 mm and a minimum bend radius of 11 mm, the CFA230 low-loss coaxial cable offers superior flexibility and resistance to mechanical stress. The silver-plated copper shielding and smooth FEP surface combine chemical resistance with long bending life, making it ideal for dynamic test setups.
