The SMA Male to SMA Male High-Performance RF Test & Measurement Cable Assembly — model TCCS-SMSM-1M — is designed for dependable RF testing up to 6 GHz. This 1 meter assembly uses Mechanc’s CFT360H6 coaxial cable, a high-stability, rugged performance variation of the CFT360A61 Phase-Stable 50 GHz Rugged Precision Test Coaxial Cable with FEP Jacket. Both ends are terminated with precision SMA male connectors (reference SMA-JCFT360H6-1), providing stable, low-reflection interfaces for SMA-based RF instruments.

Accurate RF Performance up to 6 GHz

The TCCS-SMSM-1M supports a continuous DC–6 GHz operating band and delivers the impedance control required for repeatable RF measurements. It offers a 1.15 typical VSWR and a 1.26 dB typical insertion loss over its 1 meter length, making it well-suited for S-parameter sweeps, VNA-based verification, return-loss checks, and general-purpose RF characterization on laboratory test benches.

Phase-Stable CFT360H6 Construction for Repeatable Measurements

The CFT360H6 coaxial cable is engineered to maintain electrical stability when the cable is bent, repositioned, or subjected to temperature variations. It delivers ±3° mechanical phase stability and ±0.05 dB amplitude stability, helping ensure consistent results across many test cycles. Its compact 3.6 mm outer diameter, 36 mm minimum bend radius, and durable 10,000-cycle bend life make the assembly suitable for dense, frequently reconfigured RF setups. With a 74% velocity of propagation, it also supports accurate delay and time-domain measurements over a wide –55 °C to +165 °C operating range.
