Product Description

Low-Loss RF Cable with Solid Core and Superior Phase Control

The CFA520 phase-stable low-loss coaxial cable is optimized for applications that demand high phase and amplitude stability under thermal and mechanical stress. Operating up to 26.5 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, it delivers excellent phase accuracy and amplitude stability. Explore the complete CFA Series – Phase-Stable Low-Loss Coaxial Cables for more diameter and frequency options.

Solid Inner Conductor for Low Attenuation and Thermal Stability

The CFA520 cable features a 1.29 mm solid silver-plated copper inner conductor combined with a low-density PTFE dielectric and dual silver-plated copper shielding. This structure ensures low attenuation (1.411 dB/m @ 26.5 GHz) and robust phase stability across temperature ranges from –55 °C to +165 °C. The outer FEP jacket provides durability and chemical resistance while maintaining mechanical integrity for fixed and semi-flex installations.

Alternative Flexible Model for Dynamic Environments

For applications requiring greater flexibility and repeated-bend tolerance, the CFA570MW Phase-Stable Low-Loss Coaxial Cable offers a multi-strand inner conductor design that improves mechanical resilience and bending life while maintaining low-loss and phase-stable performance up to 18 GHz.

Reliable Performance for Phase-Critical RF Applications

With > 90 dB shielding effectiveness, a 26 mm single bend radius, and 51.00 mm repeated bend radius, the CFA520 low-loss coaxial cable delivers outstanding signal integrity for vector network analyzers, radar systems, and broadband communication setups.
