The 1.0mm Male to 1.0mm Male Phase-Stable Precision Test RF Cable Assembly — model PC10-AP-1.0M1.0M-1M — is engineered for millimeter-wave test systems requiring exceptional electrical stability and repeatability. It is built with Mechanc’s CFT150P coaxial cable, equipped with dedicated cable armor (reference CFT150P-ARMOR), a phase-stable variation of the CFT150 phase-stable 110 GHz ruggedized precision test coaxial cable with FEP jacket. The assembly is terminated with two precision 1.0 mm male connectors (reference 1.0-JCFT150P-1). Supporting operation up to 110 GHz, it provides outstanding phase stability, low insertion loss, a maximum VSWR of 1.35, and a compact 1.5 mm diameter tailored for high-density measurement setups.

The CFT150P coaxial cable combines a low-loss dielectric with a reinforced FEP jacket and phase-stable construction, minimizing drift during flexure and thermal variation. The assembly includes integrated cable armor (CFT150P-ARMOR) to support stable phase behavior during handling and routing. Its compact 1.5 mm outer diameter provides excellent flexibility for high-density test setups while maintaining mechanical resilience for extended laboratory use.
