Product Description

Low-Loss RF Cable with High Phase and Amplitude Stability

The CFA640 phase-stable low-loss coaxial cable is engineered for RF and microwave applications that require repeatable signal accuracy under thermal and mechanical stress. Operating up to 18 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, it provides excellent phase stability and amplitude stability. Discover more options within the CFA Series – Phase-Stable Low-Loss Coaxial Cables.

Solid Construction for Long-Term Electrical Reliability

The CFA640 cable features a 1.57 mm solid silver-plated copper inner conductor and a low-density PTFE dielectric for minimal attenuation and tight impedance control. Its dual silver-plated copper shielding and FEP jacket offer > 90 dB EMI suppression and exceptional thermal resilience from –55 °C to +165 °C. The cable maintains excellent phase stability across temperature variations and ensures consistent electrical stability under motion.

Mechanical Strength and Thermal Endurance

With an outer diameter of 6.35 mm and a minimum bend radius of 32.00 mm (single) or 63 mm (repeated), the CFA640 low-loss coaxial cable offers a balanced combination of flexibility and durability for reliable installation and long-term operation. It handles average power up to 1.88 kW @ 300 MHz while maintaining low attenuation (0.990 dB/m @ 18 GHz). For other phase-stable low-loss options, visit the Low-Loss Coaxial Cable Series.

Manufactured by Mechanc Shanghai Information Technology Co., Ltd., the CFA640 phase-stable low-loss coaxial cable combines low attenuation, tight phase control, and verified REACH and RoHS compliance to deliver stable RF performance in laboratory, defense, and industrial environments.
