The CSA500 cable features a 1.02 mm multi-fiber stranded silver-plated copper inner conductor paired with a low-density PTFE dielectric and dual-layer silver-plated copper shielding. This structure delivers long bending life and consistent impedance under frequent movement. The PUR jacket provides superior resistance to abrasion, moisture, and chemicals, ensuring reliability in harsh environments.
With attenuation as low as 0.205 dB/m @ 300 MHz and 2.52 dB/m @ 26.5 GHz, the CSA500 low-loss coaxial cable guarantees efficient signal transmission with minimal phase deviation. It maintains excellent amplitude stability and phase stability, while offering shielding effectiveness greater than 90 dB. The 25 mm single-bend and 50 mm repeated-bend radii provide the mechanical flexibility required for motion-intensive systems.
